Refund and Return Policy

1. Items Eligible for Refund or Return:

  • All items with a discount of 40% or less are eligible for a 100% refund or return.
  • Items with a discount of more than 40% are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • If you receive a wrong item or a damaged/defective product, we will refund or replace it at no cost to you.

2. Return and Exchange Window:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Important Notes for Returns:

  • Winter wear, clothing, T-shirts, hoodies, and lowers are eligible for returns only for size issues or defects within 2 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges for sizes are subject to stock availability.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items. You may be required to share a photograph of the product for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items with discounts exceeding 40%.
  • Gift cards.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive the wrong product or the size is incorrect, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free pickup within 2-3 working days of your request.
  • All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for items with a discount of 40% or less.
  • Refunds are not available for items with a discount of more than 40%.
  • If you cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded, including shipping and COD charges.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
    • COD Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account, Google Pay, Paytm, or PhonePe within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

3. Reverse Pickup Charges:

  • For returns, a reverse pickup charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • COD charges, if applicable, will also be deducted.

Important Points to Remember

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days of your request.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact. Items without tags or in used/damaged condition will not be accepted.
  • Ensure you collect the return pickup slip from the courier agent.
