Delivery Timelines
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered on the same day (subject to availability and location).
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
- Zone-Wise Delivery:
- We deliver shipments to Zone A to Zone E.
- Delivery timelines for these zones range from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location.
Order Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and SMS notification with the shipping details and a tracking link.
- You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
- We ensure a minimum of 3 delivery attempts for every order to avoid failed deliveries.
- If a courier partner makes a fake delivery attempt, we will investigate the issue and ensure the shipment is delivered to you.
Non-Delivery Policy
- If your order is not delivered after the 3 delivery attempts, we will:
- Reship the order at no additional cost.
- Or, if you have made a prepaid order (via credit card, debit card, or UPI), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value.
Delivery Exceptions
- Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
- In such cases, we will keep you informed about any delays via WhatsApp or SMS.

- Ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please inform us in advance to reschedule the delivery.
