Delivery Timelines

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered on the same day (subject to availability and location).
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
• Zone-Wise Delivery:
  • We deliver shipments to Zone A to Zone E.
  • Delivery timelines for these zones range from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location.

Order Notifications

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and SMS notification with the shipping details and a tracking link.
• You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

• We ensure a minimum of 3 delivery attempts for every order to avoid failed deliveries.
• If a courier partner makes a fake delivery attempt, we will investigate the issue and ensure the shipment is delivered to you.

Non-Delivery Policy

• If your order is not delivered after the 3 delivery attempts, we will:
  • Reship the order at no additional cost.
  • Or, if you have made a prepaid order (via credit card, debit card, or UPI), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value.

Delivery Exceptions

• Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
• In such cases, we will keep you informed about any delays via WhatsApp or SMS.

• Ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays.
